Whittlesea Produce will exchange, refund or give a credit
for any products you may have purchased from us, whether the
products are faulty, damaged, not what you ordered or
expected or just weren't quite right. If we have sent you a product you're not happy with, please
let us know. All claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt
of goods. All orders are despatched registered mail via Australia Post and should
arrive within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 5
working days and for remote areas it may take an extra day
or two.
